At Vibratopis, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables. If your experience is less than perfect, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept physical returns. However, if you receive:

  • Damaged or spoiled items,

  • Incorrect or missing products,

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for resolution. Please include your order number and clear photos of the affected items.

Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement or store credit may be provided, based on your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility Conditions

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Affected items must not have been consumed or discarded.

  • Photo proof must be submitted for verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Complaints made after 24 hours.

  • Slight natural imperfections or color variation.

  • Improper storage by the customer after delivery.
